The complex consists of 9 houses – 4 story properties have been divided into two zones of 4 to 5 houses. Their typology is of a modern house, in complete regard with the natural surroundings of the area.

The design was based on abstract lines of pure geometry and the use of modern materials. All houses have large terraces with wooden pergolas in the south while the ground floor has been encircled by a private garden.

There are three types of housing typology, their sizes range from 330 to 460 sq.m. The basement of the complex extends beyond the edges of the housing complex. In this shared space cellars, a gym, a billiard and ping – pong area have been constructed, while parking spaces have been provided for each flat accessible from the road by two ramps.
